Asian Coconut Chicken


Hi everyone! I think I just found my favourite recipe for chicken and I just made it up by coincidence as I used the ingredients that were left in my fridge yesterday...sometimes improvisation pays off :-)


First of all make a marinade with Teriyaki sauce, one minced garlice clove and 1 cm shredded fresh ginger and let your chicken stripes soak in there for 30 minutes.


Then heat up an anti.sticky pan and when is hot put in your marinated chicken (no oil or extra fat is required) and let it cook until the chicken meat becomes white. Then at last add in the shredded cocunt and brasialians nuts...


Finally sprinkle with sesame seeds ......Gnammy!
