Skinny Fusilli al Salmone

Good morning to everyone! Yesterday I was craving for pasta and I decided to prepare one of my favourites ones: pasta with smoked salmon. Problem is: I need to loose weight and the traditional recipe include butter and cream. So guess what? I used olive oil instead of butter and to replace the cream I used milk with a spoon of flour to densify the sauce. And the result was not that bad at all!

First of all chop half onion and make it golden in a sauce pan with two tbs EVOO.

Then chop the smoked salmon and add it to the onion together with some tomato concentrate or three tbs of tomato sauce.

Let it cook at medium heat for a couple of minutes and then add a spitz of white wine.
Let the wine evaporate and then add a tbs of white flour.
And last add a cup of milk and let it cook another 5minutes. if it's too liquidy add more flour and if too dry more milk.
