Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a nice day :-) On Today's menu there is an healthy
steamed broccoli salad with the lean proteins of chicken breast filet.
Step1: Clean broccoli and give the filets a rinse under running cold water. Then place broccoli in the higher section of your steaming pot. In the lower one place the chicken filets.
Put your steamer in a large pot where you have added 2cm of boiling water. Keep it on the stove for about 15 minutes and don't forget to check the water level!
Once cooked you can roughly cut chicken and broccoli in bite size...
And make a nice dressing with 1pressed cloveof garlic, 1 inch of grasped fresh ginger, 1 coffe spoon of Sambay, 2 spoons of EVOO and 2 spoons of lime juice.
Roast pecans nuts in the grill oven until golden brown and top your salad with them.
