Saturday Breakfast: Pancakes

Morning! On Saturdays mornings I like to get something different from the oat flakes I get everyday.  Hence Today I prepared mini pancakes and served them with almond butter, bananas slices and yoghurt.

Here the iingredients you need:
1cup of oatflakes, 
1cup of protein powder,
 1teaspoon dry yeast,
 2eggs 
half cup of milk.

Put all ingredients in a shaker and get it all well mixed. Then use a teflon pan to cook them 5minutes per side on medium heat.
