MISSLITTLETROLL in The Kitchen: Mango-Dal and Black Rice

Ingredients:
 
1 chopped big onion
bunch of fresh coriander
1 tbs cumin
10 curry leaves
3 cloves garlic
3 green japaleni chilli
1 tbs mustard seeds
3 tbs oil
2 red chilli
salt
300 gr yellow lentils 
pinch of turmeric
 2 unripe mangos
 
 

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.Once mustard seed start to krakle add broken red chilli , cumin, 4 sliced garlic, one chopped onionand saute for 2 min. Add salt , a pinch of turmeric and green chillies ,curry leaves and diced unripe mango. Stir it well and then add lentils and water enogh to cover and cook till lentils are tender but not fully cooked. and then add mango and cook for 10 min. Add more water if needed, check seasoning and finish it with 1 tbs of ghee (optional ) and coriander leaves enjoy this mango dal with black rice. Buon Appetito!
