Hallo Everybody! Here's another vegetarian indian curry: Broccoli Curry. Super healthy and spicy. Perfect for winter :-)
Ingredients:
Broccoli
1 chopped big onion
bunch of fresh coriander
1 tbs cumin
10 curry leaves
3 cloves garlic
3 green japaleni chilli
1 tbs mustard seeds
3 tbs oil
2 red chilli
salt
pinch of turmeric
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.Once mustard seed start to krakle add broken red chilli , cumin, 4 sliced garlic, one chopped onion and saute for 2 min. Add salt , a pinch of turmeric and green chillies ,curry leaves and diced Broccoli. Stir it well and then add water enogh to cover and cook till broccoli are tender. Add more water if needed, check seasoning and finish it with 1 tbs of ghee (optional ) and coriander leaves enjoy this Broccoli curry with basmati rice.
