MISSLITTLETROLL In The Kitchen: Broccoli Indian Curry

Hallo Everybody! Here's another vegetarian indian curry: Broccoli Curry. Super healthy and spicy. Perfect for winter :-)

 

Ingredients:

 Broccoli

1 chopped big onion

bunch of fresh coriander

1 tbs cumin

10 curry leaves

3 cloves garlic

3 green japaleni chilli

1 tbs mustard seeds

3 tbs oil

2 red chilli

salt

pinch of turmeric

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.Once mustard seed start to krakle add broken red chilli , cumin, 4 sliced garlic, one chopped  onion and saute for 2 min. Add salt , a pinch of turmeric and green chillies ,curry leaves and diced Broccoli. Stir it well and then add water enogh to cover and cook till broccoli are tender. Add more water if needed, check seasoning and finish it with 1 tbs of ghee (optional ) and coriander leaves enjoy this Broccoli curry with basmati rice.

  Ciao a tutte! Ho appena provato questo nuovo burro di cacao della NIVEA. Un po' scomodo perche' infilare il dito nello scatolino non e' il massimo ma il profumo e' sconvolgente...pericolosamente buono!

Hallo mein Liebe! Winter es ist leider nicht shon weg so diese suppe passt perfekt fur ein kalt tag. Es ist ein thai suppe, eigentlich ein varianten von die Suppe Tom Kah Gai...Sehr lecker und ganz sharf!

MISSLITTLETROLL in The Kitchen: Mango-Dal and Black Rice

Ingredients:

 

1 chopped big onion

bunch of fresh coriander

1 tbs cumin

10 curry leaves

3 cloves garlic

300 gr yellow lentils 

pinch of turmeric

 2 unripe mangos

 

 

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.Once mustard seed start to krakle add broken red chilli , cumin, 4 sliced garlic, one chopped onionand saute for 2 min. Add salt , a pinch of turmeric and green chillies ,curry leaves and diced unripe mango. Stir it well and then add lentils and water enogh to cover and cook till lentils are tender but not fully cooked. and then add mango and cook for 10 min. Add more water if needed, check seasoning and finish it with 1 tbs of ghee (optional ) and coriander leaves enjoy this mango dal with black rice. Buon Appetito!

Aqui un plato que seguro puede salir muy sabroso a los amigos de Espana porque esta salsa esta' echa con berenjenas...y claro que la que hay aqui en Alemania no tienen el mismo sabor :-( . Tiene los mismos brillitos dorados, muy subtiles, que dan a los labios una luz muy bonita y ademas no es pegajoso para nada.
