Vanilla Pudding
Hi everyone! Yesterday I prepared this nice vanilla pudding. Nothing really special in itself as I used those Dr.Oecker powder but I wanted to show this beautiful pudding mould as it's a present from my sister ♥

Zucchini&Chicken Wok tbd
Buongiorno! Mamma mia ho sperimentato una nuova ricetta con il mio wok ed e' buonissima! Ed e' anche facile e veloce da fare....il che non guasta :-)
- Prima di tutto lavate i petti di pollo per bene, poi tagliateli a tocchetti.
- Tagliate un paio di zucchine a striscioline.
- Scaldate mezzo cucchiaino di olio di cocco nel wok e quando e' bello bollente rosolate il pollo finche' non e' cotto al 90%.
- Poi unite le zucchine, una manciata di lamelle di cocco disidratato, arachidi e irrorate con il succo di un lime.
- Servite subito!!!

Pimp your table: Tulips
How beautiful are tulips? No need to dpend lots of money at the florist: I got these ones at LIDL and they lasted way longer than the most expensive ones I got as present the week before. Just remember to put them out on the balcony during night time so they freshen up a bit.

Spargel Wrap
Guten Tag!!! Endlich die Spargel season es ist wieder da!!! Ich mag spargeln am bestem mit eier (in fruhling klassiker auch in italien). Hier habe ich ein spargel wrap gekocht: am erste die spargeln richtig waschen un dann in kleine stuckchen schneiden und danach in ein dampfbad kochen für 15 minuten.
Eier konnen sie in ein pfanne mit etwas butter und parmiggiano kochen....dann alles auf dem tortilla wrap und fertig zum essen!
