Happy Friday! Today I' m posting my personal version of a wonderful Beef Stew that once I tried in a Mexican Restaurant...of course probably has nothing to do with the original one but... you know how it goes with Europeans...for us is enought to add sweetcorn and chili to claim it to be"Mexican"!
