Nails of the Week: French Manicure

Happy Sunday! Has been a while since I did a french manicure and now I remember why. ..it takes ages to get it done! First you have to apply the Base and wait until is perfectly dry.  Then you can paint the tips in white and have to wait again until is perfectly dry and then got to apply the semi transparent rosa coat,  wait again...and then the glossy Top coat and wait Again! Too much waiting for my taste...

Summer Sunrise Orange Drink

Evviva il Venerdi!!! Finalmente il weekend e' arrivato, per cui mettetevi comodi sulla sedia a sdraio in terrazza e godetevi un bel drink. A proposito di drink qui vi propongo una mia invenzione...vale a dire un esperimento riuscito male che pero' alla fine tanto male non e'...Volevo preparare un tequila sunrise ma a meta' preparazione mi sono accorta che non avevo piu' lo sciroppo di granadina. E quindi che ho fatto? Ho preso dal mobile bar lo sciroppo di Curaçao e questo e' il risultato!

Pour tequila in a highball glass with ice, and top with orange juice. Stir. Add Blu Curaçao by tilting glass and pouring Curaçao down side by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The Curaçao should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish
with lime slices!

Knoblauch Spaghetti

Hallo Lieblings! Wie jedem kann aus dem fester sehen Der summer ist leider schon vorbei und mit diese wetter eine weiter erkaltung es ist mehr als unwahrschenlich....so hier kommt eine rezepte dass passt gerne fur jede Sommer erkaltungen: Knoblauch Spaghetti. Ein sehr cremig und kraftig sauce, sehr einfach zu vorberarbeiten und doch also einfacher zu lieben!  Video rezepte kommt heute abend.

Couscous de Manzanas y Cebolla

Hola a todos los Chicos y Chicas vegetarianos que me siguen en este blog! Hoy quiero muestrarve una receta un poco diferente. Es un cous-cous de toda la vida pero' cocinado con cebollas y manzanas. Parece un poco raro poner las manzanas en un primer plato pero os puedo asegurar que sale muy sabroso! La video receta la ire' postando esta tarde! Besotesssss

LEFT OVERS: Rice Balls

Happy Saturday to all my Readers! Have you ever wondered what to do with those left overs from your Risotto? Any kind of rice, no matter if basmati, riso nano or jasmine,  will always get sticky after one day left over in the fridge. So here you go...just mix your rice with scrambled eggs, some Parmigiano cheese, form up the ball and roll it in sunflower seeds. Just few minutes too roast in the oven and that's it! Here I have served it with a skinny ensaladilla and was a really tasty "quick fix" dinner :-)

Buongiorno! Avete mai pensato di preparare una cena a tema? Uno dei miei preferiti e´ ovviamente il tema asiatico e la combinazione di colori che mi piace di piu' e´ senza dubbio quella del bianco e blu. Che poi tra l'altro si intona benissimo alle giornate estive :-)

Wie immer habe Ich die originale rezepte geandert weil Ich moechtet gerne ein Asiatisch twist geben. So habe Ich es gekocht mit viele ingwer und ein bisschen limette und das resultat es ist einfach genial!
